Pricing is determined on a project-by-project basis and is detailed in a formal proposal provided to the client before the commencement of work.

Terms and Conditions

• Terms & Conditions: Invoices are due within 15 calendar days of the invoice date. If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 3% of the total project fee applies, plus a flat €40 recovery fee in accordance with French commercial law.
  
  
• Delivery: Final deliverable assets are specified in the project proposal and are delivered upon completion of the defined scope of work.
  
  
• Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke and custom nature of creative design services, refunds are not provided for work already performed and approved.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy: In the event of project cancellation, a fee is charged based on work completed. For fixed-fee projects, this is equal to 25% of the remaining unpaid balance.
